clinical THERAPIST grad LEVEL intern

Welcome!

Hi there! I'm Emma, and I’m excited to start this journey with you. While I’m still building my experience as a therapist, I’ve spent plenty of time learning about what it means to truly connect with people—and I’m eager to bring that into our work together.

I believe therapy is your space to process and reflect, at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is warm, compassionate, and focused on creating a supportive environment where you can explore what matters most. Life has its tough moments, but sometimes a fresh perspective can make even the most difficult conversations feel more manageable.

What can you expect in a therapy room with me?
I’m committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or just need a space to vent, we’ll work together to find the best path forward. My goal is to help you develop self-compassion, gain insight, and build practical skills to create a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

If you’re ready to start therapy with someone who’s here to listen, support, and offer guidance along the way, I’d love to work with you. Let’s take this journey together and explore the growth and life that’s waiting for you.

Fun facts about me
When I’m not in session, you can probably find me with a book in hand, or hanging out with my dogs. I’m passionate about learning, and I believe that reading has a unique way of helping us understand ourselves and the world around us. Whether it’s self-help, fantasy, or something in between, I’m always looking for new perspectives and ideas to bring into our work.
