What is Trauma.
Trauma occurs when a person experiences something so disturbing that they respond with intense fear, horror, or helplessness. They will find the event so disturbing that they are unable process it. Sometimes it leads to PTSD, but not always. And not everyone experiences the disturbing event in the same way.
