hannah klitzke, MA
Therapist
(supervised by Tia Wilcek, LICSW)
I have always been fascinated by the fact that each individual human on earth has their own unique story and experiences. Becoming a therapist has been the biggest honor getting to listen to people’s stories and be a part of their journey of wellness and healing. I believe that there is power in having a safe space to share our thoughts and feelings without judgement.
What can you expect in a therapy room with me?
My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that is comfortable and inviting. Where you feel safe to be vulnerable and open about your experiences and the thoughts and feelings that come with them. Life can be messy and hard. I hope to partner with you to navigate through life’s challenges while helping to provide deeper understanding and purposeful change. I hope to also laugh together and have fun, as life can also be humorous and lovely. In my office, you’ll be in the driver’s seat, and I’ll be in the passenger seat helping to guide you to your destination. I believe that seeking support takes incredible strength, and through it, you will be able to discover your own answers and reach your full potential!
Fun facts about me:
My first job after graduating college was working as an Au Pair (fancy name for a nanny) in Berlin, Germany. I wanted an adventure before starting graduate school and it was exactly that! Outside of my therapy office I love to spend time with my husband, family and friends. I love to color and draw, go on walks, cook, play cribbage and recently have been loving playing pickleball!
