JENNA JOHNSON, LMFT

Therapist

Jenna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Before joining Metanoia Therapy, she led day treatment programs for teens and supported clinical teams in creating programs grounded in evidence-based care and community connection.

Jenna believes we’re all born wanting to connect — with others and with ourselves — and that when life gets in the way of those connections, it can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. She values authenticity and takes a warm, holistic, and client-centered approach, meeting each person where they are and helping them move toward healing and growth.

She recognizes that it’s a true privilege to walk alongside her clients on their therapy journey — exploring their stories, understanding how they got to where they are today, and uncovering their most authentic selves. Jenna believes she walks with her clients as they discover their own path and find their own answers, and she’s not afraid to gently challenge them along the way when it helps support deeper insight and lasting change.

In her work, Jenna draws from CBT, DBT and systemic therapy to support teens, partners, and adults navigating life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. She brings a compassionate, collaborative energy to her sessions and strives to create a space where every client feels seen, accepted, and supported. Above all, she believes in the power of connection, resilience, and the possibility of change.
