MOLLY REDMOND (sHE/tHEY)

CLINICAL INTERN

No one should have to overcome life’s roadblocks alone. I believe that therapy is a space for self-exploration and collaborative problem solving to help you identify and face personal challenges.

What can you expect in a therapy room with me?

I aim to provide emotional support, validate your experiences, and present new perspectives to promote personal growth and fulfillment within your life. I believe we all struggle with unique challenges that require creative, personalized approaches to address and resolve. In session, you can expect me to lead with compassion, directness, and humor to support you throughout your therapeutic journey.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. My social work education has enabled me to utilize a strengths-based approach and recognize how our personal environments impact mental health.

Fun facts about me:

Outside of school and therapy, I enjoy a variety of creative hobbies and prioritize spending time with loved ones (especially my two cats). I earned my BFA in digital design and worked as a life drawing teacher’s assistant during my undergrad. Whether I’m drawing, painting, sculpting, or making chainmail, I’m always brainstorming ideas for my next creative endeavor.
